February Craft Beer Festival?

I heard a rumor that Kevin Keefe, proprietor of Granite Brewery, is planing a beer festival in February. I don't know much about it; only that it will be craft beer focused (no Bud, Keiths, other crap like that), there'll be an entrance fee for breweries but the'll be reimbursed for the beer they give out, and that it'll be a smaller scale event, so that everybody has more time to talk and think about the beers they're tasting.
We're super stoked at Rogues, after all the fun we had at the Seaport we can't wait to participate in another event like this. We're planing a cask conditioned version of our IPA among other things...

What's a Hoptoberfest? Do we go someplace and drink really hoppy beers? I'm good at that! I'm sure Rogues could at least come up with a corny of double dry hopped IPA; keep me posted. Personally I just got a pound of serebriankas and a crazy idea about a Baltic I.P.L. If it turns out the way I want it to I'll bring that.
