What format do videos need to be in? It won't let me update the mov file from my iphone or an m4V

Yeah...I can make .mov and .mp4 valid files to be uploaded but it would have to be downloaded to watched..Personally, I doubt many people would bother. Youtube is probably the best option, then it can be streamed directly from the post.
