I'd like to come over and see how you guys brew sometime. I've really never had a good look at anyone else's setup. Also, I'm great at gawking and bitching!

You guys could also consider a live webcast with ustream or a similar service. I used to do it quite a bit with guys in the states and it worked surprisingly well.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter. :wtf:
