Probably more in line with a homebrewer's budget than the big $80 a plate dinner. A chance to meet Mirella Amato and learn a bit about cheese and beer pairing.

I dunno about a great experience, but GAM was a rockstar last night/this morning. There were several of them, critical to keeping the shit going smoothly, and my sanity. Maybe I'll write up something about it, when I have time to decompress. Or get drunk.
