Poll: Cider Kits - Which ones would you buy?
Hi Everyone,
I'm going to be bringing in Cider kits in late March. It's a new company and quite a good product. They are concentrate kits much like the Cider House and Mangrove Jack kits and will be awesome. I have to place a fairly large minimum order and I have 8 flavours to choose from. I have an idea of how many of each to bring in, but I could use your opinion. So can you tell me what kits you would actually buy? Are there flavours that you wouldn't buy? What's your take?
Apple
Pear
Strawberry Pear
Mixed Berry
Raspberry Lime
Blueberry
Cranberry
Cherry
Cheers

I checked with the SO, and she's interested in the regular Apple and Mixed Berry.

Apple & Pear would be her picks. What's the price tag on these?

Would not buy:
Strawberry Pear
Mixed Berry
Raspberry Lime
Blueberry
Cranberry
Cherry
I wouldn't be in the market for a cider kit soon but if I was I would only consider Apple or Pear.

Apple and pear are the only ones I would consider.
Any chance of a spiced apple? Could get them last year but not this year... I liked it.

Re: Poll: Cider Kits - Which ones would you buy?
I would do Apple, pear, strawberry pear, cranberry, and cherry myself.
My question: do these use artificial sweeteners? Some of the mangrove jacks do as a cheater method to get sweet cider that can still be bottle conditioned, but I personally would rather have a dry cider or stabilize -> back sweeten with real sugar or concentrated juice -> force carbonate myself.
Girlfriend says the Strawberry pear, raspberry lime, or cherry are the ones she would NOT like. So I guess that means Apple, pear, and cranberry are the only three we would agree on - though really I don't know how much my preferences on cider really matter since I'll always have beer, the cider is more for her. She is even more anti-artificial sweetener than I am though so again, any flavors with those are pretty much out for us.
Edit: apparently I am required to add that the mixed berry would be her first pick even though I think "mixed berry" sounds boring and generic. So if that one doesn't have aspartame or sucralose or whatnot in it (or even if it has it as an optional packet thing I could just replace with real sugar after adding k-meta) you can put me down for one of those for sure.

Bullwark had a cherry cider this past summer and it was good so i would say cherry and Apple.
Stutz from the valley has a blueberry cider and it's not so tasty.

I've done a number of the MJ ciders and my favourites (and others) were: Pear, Mixed Berry and Strawberry Pear. I would consider these flavours from your inventory.
