Have to give credit where credit is due. Possibly the best customer service I've had in a long time!

Placed a order for pick up on Monday, drove out a few hours later and it is ready. So pick up and pay for the order, talked for a bit and went on my way. So I get home and like a child on Christmas, I have to tear it all out and check it out. (Honestly I was excited to smell the hops haha)
So the yeast isn't there. Shot Dave an email asking him if it was on his floor and sure enough it fell out the bag. Was planning on running back in Thursday, however the next thing I know he says he is going to drop it off to me.

Weds afternoon I think Dave stopped by to drop off the yeast. Unfortunately the wife answered the door and she didn't tell me until after you were gone. Other wise would of invited you in for a pint.

All in all just wanted to say Thanks for the great customer service!

Just gotta say...dave continuously goes above and beyond the call of duty...

Going to have to add to this! Went to Dave's shop for the first time last weekend, and was super-impressed.

He was in the middle of redoing his basement to move the shop, and still took about an hour to help me out with my keezer build. Really excellent service, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly!

Thanks again Dave, you'll see me back!

^ Yep, exactly. I'm from Quispamsis and order from Dave all the time........place the order on one day and receive it the next day.
