I just took delivery of a top notch bag from http://www.biab-brewing.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. I just need a wort chiller and I'll be ready to leave stove top extract brewing in the past. I'm leaning towards one of the Duda plates.
I was hoping someone could recommend a resource for 5gal BIAB recipes with step-by-step instructions? I'm really hoping to find something in the realm of Propeller IPA (my favorite beer) for my first brew.

Hey, glad to hear you're happy with the bag!
As far as recipes are concerned, you can use any standard 5g recipe, you just need to adjust for your extract efficiency (that varies on everyone's system). I'd say a good place to start would likely be about 75%. Beersmith will work wonders, and actually has profiles for BIAB to make things easier.

I use Beersmith and it does work. Watch out for weird numbers from the program, I have had trouble with units and amounts not updating in all places.
