This bar built a 36 tap manifold to control the pressure and gas mix to it`s taps.

Neat, but seems excessive. Do you really need 22 different gas mixes? Flux Capacitor is a solid name, however!

Gas mixes may be excessive, but that wall would be a talking point and with so many beer bars pooping up, may be what sets him apart from the guy down the road.
