Cracked Glass Top Range

Post by pvanberk » Mon Oct 13, 2014 8:37 pm

My kitchen stove has a 12" burner which did the trick when brewing indoors but recently the glass top cracked somehow (not brewing). Everything still works but I don't want to risk putting a 40L brew pot on it. The cost from Sears to replace it is close to the price of a new stove. Anyone, have tips on how to repair it or where I can find a cheaper / second had replacement?

Peter
