old fridge for kegerator - HELP!!!

Okay everyone, here goes:

I stumbled upon this old Kelvinator fridge that still runs and just needs some TLC (aka, a couple weekends project). Already has one hole for a pass-through tap and an exterior mount CO2 tank (would like to make it internal).

Problem, the ice box inside on the top left makes me have enough space for only one keg. I want to remove/move the ice box but I can't find anything online on how to do this!

Ideally, I'd like to have a minimum of 2 taps with enough for a possible three taps. Or be able to have two kegs and a carboy for cold-crashing.

Want to pick it up this weekend...

Thoughts/advice/ HELP!!

This project scares me a bit. You could put in a lot of work and it might be just about to pack in, then you have a CFC laden fridge to get rid of which will be expensive. I don't think (but I don't know for sure) that you can remove that ice box. That's where the cooling for the fridge comes from.

You can't remove the ice box. That's the evaporator that keeps the fridge cold.
Another idea would be to open up the floor and build into the lower bin and insulate it.

No, It isn't cooled. My parents used to have one of those fridges. Most of the times it had potatoes in it.
