Custom Kegerator door.

Looking to possibly build a custom kegerator door panel for bottles. Looking for something light weight similar to the below. Is it doable?

Love the idea but not sure how you would go about attaching your build to the door. Under the stock plastic shelving in most fridges is nasty, messy foam .. then the metal outer shell. If you were to use plywood or a metal backing, you'd still need to insulate between it and the outer door shell. Are you looking to have reg 341 ml on this rack, cans or larger bottles?
