Building an inline oxygenation gadget

Hey everyone, I've decided to build an inline oxygenation gadget so I don't have to mess with my diffusion stone on the end of a racking cane anymore. This will be placed inline at the end of my chiller and will contain a sight glass so I can see when to dial back the O2 flow.
To see what I mean, check out some of the pics in this thread at HBT:

I'm thinking along the lines of the one Wayne1 built. I pretty much have (or can get) everything but the polycarb tubing. I'm looking to fine a 3" long pice with 1/2" MPT threads on each end. Got any leads?
I'm going to see if Crane has the 1/2" MPT - 1/4" compression fitting at lunch.
This threaded stone from Morebeer looks cool too, but I already have a barbed one.

Any other ideas?

1/2" MPT 0.5 micron aeration stone from Williams Brewing. I wouldn't mind one of those...

I have one of those, but without the threads.

I built one... Although its likely more then any sane person would want...
I should also mention I'm waiting for some 1/2" polycarb tubing to come in at acklands. Whenever it shows your welcome to some (I will have way more then I need).

Awesome, you rock. Nice job on that triclover build. I really have to check out your system in person!

I've yet to use it though. Just using a wand for now (was pumping so slow with the warm ground water in the summer it seemed like a waste). I also currently just use a small o2 bottle so I have poor flow control. Wanted to get a medical O2 cylinder before I tried that.
I've also probably got some 1/4" SS tubing around too if you need a small piece.

Thanks for the offer on the SS tubing but I don't need.
However, the polycarb would be nice. Is it 5/8" OD / 1/2" ID?
We did a group buy on sone O2 cylinders last year at a decent price. They came from Winnipeg IIRC and mine cost under $100. I can dig up the details if you're interested but the thread should be here somewhere. I have another flow regulator but one of the fittings is for a welding tank. That should be easy to change out. If you want we can do a trade (I'm still in need of that solder / fittings).

It's 1/2" od tubing, may be too small for you. I may have some compression fittings to covert to mpt also.
Acklands is supposed to call me back, it was ordered like 2-3 weeks ago but I suspect it's comming from the us.
