Motor for Grain Mill

I found a motor and I'm wondering if I can use it for a grain mill, here's the stats:
AC 115V
1/4 HP
1725 RPM
A 5.2 (I assume amps)
Anything else I need to know? It is a little grimy, will that matter?

Sounds fine, but you'll have to get sheaves to reduce the speed.

Do you have to use enclosed motors to avoid grain dust exploding? Often wondered about that.

Shouldn't be an issue in our setup, but the risks are there in large industrial grinding.
