Does anyone know where I can get a decent deal on these for 40a, 30a, and 20a? The usual places inside HRM like Kent and HD don't have what I want and Harris and roome charges an arm and a leg. Any suggestions within HRM or eleswhere?

Good luck finding that receptacle here. Those plugs and connector may be found at Princess Auto, Kent, or Home Depot but are pricey. I got mine off of Ebay for way cheaper.
A tip for ya: You will likely be able to find the 4 prong plugs for cheaper since that's what is used for generator cords and are fairly plentiful. Just don't use one of the leads. That's what I use for my BK.

Marine supply stores also sell that kind of gear, but as above, be prepared for sticker shock. Not from experience, just guessing...

Do you know any electrical contractors who could pick them up as part of one of their jobs? Usually a bit better price than walking in off the street.

Yeah, my electrician even says they are expensive with his discount. John G gave me a link to a website where he got his so i'm gonna check that out.

We just bought some power bars at work using twist lock connectors that were somewhat reasonable (~$50 a pop, which is cheap for industrial power bars). Not sure if they sell the connectors as well, but I believe the supplier was Hammond Manufacturing. Hopefully that helps.

You don't need anything that heavy-duty for the pump.
