Electric brew setup

I have "fixed" a "burnt out" Grain Father controller. I want to use the 120v controller to operate a 220v element. I have all the parts but the relay (120v - 220v) and want someone qualified or brave enough to help "design" the control circuit.
I am willing to pay cash or trade brewing gear or guitar stuff.

Hi...in my case I'm additionally on a mission of consistency. I measure everything from factory hole (pound repeatability), siphon yield valve hole (stream repeatability), crush thickness, power contribution for squash, power contribution for bubble, fermenter temp settings, and whatever else I can handle.
I view at fermenting not as one constant cycle, but rather as individual errands that have control and choice focuses. I arrangement and play out those means a similar way each an ideal opportunity to endeavor to arrive at consistency.
