Looking to do an English IPA, not that I'm sick of the citrus hops but it's nice to have some different flavours.

Thank the Maker IPA
English IPA
OG 1.062 FG 1.011
IBU 61.6 Color 7.8

Marris Otter - 11 lb
Amber Malt - 8 oz
Victory - 8 oz
Carapils - 12 oz

Mash at 148F for 75 min

EKG - 1.5 oz 60 min
Bramling Cross - 1 oz 30 min
EKG - 1.5 oz steep/whirlpool - 20 min
Bramling Cross - 2 oz steep/whirlpool - 20 min

plan is to use WLP007 but was toying with something like West Yorkshire

Dry Hop with 2 oz EKG for 4 or 5 days

Thoughts or comments?
