Recently my wife was in Haiti on a humanitarian relief effort with a group of doctors and nurses. While there they enjoyed a beer from the local market known as Prestige.

She is not a big beer drinker and when she came home commented that she really liked this beer, I knew I had to try and find a recipe to see if I can make it for her. Does anyone know of or have a recipe for this beer.

hMMM... Sounds hot weather yummy: It has won two gold medals in the American Lager category at the World Beer Cup. Ratebeer gives a few hints in the description that might help:
"Prestige Lager beer is brewed using only natural hops, two row malt (75% 2-row Malt, 25% refined sugar), the finest yeast, and purest water, along with state of the art technology and the most qualified technicians." ABV is 5.6%.

You could probably just make her a clean American lager and call it good enough.

This guy tried to do a clone. You could try emailing him:
