Just made this Stout on Saturday.

27 lbs 2 row
3 lbs Munich Type 1
1 lbs CaraMunich Malt III
1 lb Chocolate Malt (405)
1 lb Black Patent (555)
12 oz. Caramel/Crystal 240
8 oz Carafoam

3 oz Cascade (6.9) 50 min
2 oz Columbus (12.7) 30 min
2 oz Challenger (8.1) 10 min

Yeast SafAle 04

10 Gallon batch, two 6.5 gallon fermenters, foam to the top, viciously bubbling away, smells awesome.
Post-boil Gravity at 1.075.
