Doppelbock - Invented by Paulist monks to get them through Advent. Apparently they decided they had found a loophole in the fasting rules, and God actually intended them to have beer, and meat of course, during the fast. This beer was brewed specially for the fast.

This and a hunk of meat, and I’d be happy. It’s absolutely delicious Jeramy.

Thanks.
