I had a couple of these over the weekend and it's definitely better than it was a month ago. I wanted to make consistent with the style but if I did it again I would punch up the hops. Maybe even add a small amount of smoked malt. It definitely needs something.

Same here. I know one thing. This December has been hard on the waist line. Jan I'm going to have to take a break from the beers for a few weeks to cut down.

Blasphemy! Cut out something else before the beer, that's what Ideal Body Weight chalmers would do. But, this is real chalmers, and I ain't cutting nothing!

yea seems like I've had a visitor at my place every day since Dec 1st. Which means 3-4-8 beers a night. Starting to wear on me.

I'm enjoying this as a nice after-lunch beer. Plenty of flavour for a mild, nice and chocolatey. It's a touch more carbonated than I sometimes see in this style but still very enjoyable. Thanks a bunch.

A very nice, well rounded and very drinkable beer. Sat down by the fire to enjoy it but it only lasted 2 seconds. Very drinkable (did I say that?).
Nice job Steve & Thanks

I thought this was absolutely perfect! I don't think you could pack much more flavour into a 3.8% beer. Well done!

Extremely impressed that you got that much malt flavor at 3.6%. Could happily drink half a dozen of these and not even have to worry about regretting it in the morning.

Really enjoyed this one. I brewed a mild over the summer and it was the first time I've tried one. Really been liking the style ever since.

Really enjoyed this beer earlier tonight! Great balance of hops and malt. A small but mighty beer.

Just opened this one, about a week behind. Very good, nice coffee flavour, a bit high carb for style but I like it that way. Very good thanks for sharing

Had this tonight, I like my beer carbonated. Did not last long at all! Could see me drinking a lot of those.
On to number 23...
