Flying APA

Post by HoweFox » Thu May 15, 2014 1:58 pm

This is my first original recipe. It is very simple recipe and highlights using Falconer's Flight hops.

This turned out to be my best brew so far. Very easy drinking (almost looks like a blonde ale), but with enough hop bitterness and flavour so it isn't boring. Great for the summer when a maltier APA can be a bit too heavy.
