Does anyone have any recipes that can be ready to keg in about a week? I know it's not ideal, but the target market won't be picky

That would have to be a tiny, tiny beer or a hefe or other super cloudy style

I do have a Vienna Ale "lagering" in the shed right now that would be good for the Fizzy Yellow crowd. We are moving to a suite in Pictou while our house is gutted (2-4 weeks) during which time I will be unable to brew. Maybe you could take that keg and Ferment something for me that could have full time to mature before I can get to it (like an ESB or A Pale). Let me know what you think.
