Colour (SRM): 9.2
Bitterness (IBU): 52.9
52.82% Maris Otter Malt
19.37% Vienna
19.37% Rye Malt
4.93% Caramunich III
3.52% Acidulated Malt
0.8 g/l Magnum (12.5% Alpha) @ 60 Minutes (Boil)
1.2 g/l Galaxy (13.4% Alpha) @ 20 Minutes (Boil)
1.2 g/l Galaxy (13.4% Alpha) @ 0 Minutes (Boil)
As I don't have magnum or galaxy, any ideas what hops to use. I have perle, northern brewer, sazz, amarillo,hallerteau and a bit of ekg
