I brewed this at the Learn2Brew day at Chalmers' place and just tasted the hydrometer sample..tasting very good. It's a lot milder as far as roastiness is concerned as compared to the original recipe from BCS (Janet's Brown Ale). Just added the 2oz of citra dry hops tonight
