8 quarts ish Maris otter
3 good handfuls chocolate malt
1 good handful roast barley
the rest I have to get from noble grape. thinking:
-some LME for OG
-some crystal malt (30 and 60)
-some oats and or carapils for body/head retention
-some hops n yeast
whether this beer is good or not, I'll likely never be able to replicate it
