Americanish Stout

I decided early in the week I was going to do the old Guiness recipe (20% flaked barley, 10% roast barley etc.) so I made a starter of Irish Ale Yeast (1084.)

Later I started thinking about Propeller RIS, and that I would like a bigger stout with some hop bite.

I came up with the following:

Any thoughts? I notice flaked barley isn't used much in American style stouts but I had it so I threw it in any way. This is some type of hybrid Irish/American stout recipe. Hopefully it will turn out OK.

Looks reasonable to me, although I might up the gravity closer to 70.

I agree. I should have made it bigger and slammed some more hops to it. I tasted the wort and it seemed like it was full bodied but not as bitter as I wanted it. I think it will turn out OK but I'm going to hammer it next time.
