Simple Honey Ale
Looking to brew another lawnmower beer for the ladies in their bikinis during the summer.
Here's what i'm thinking. Thoughts?
Pilsner ~ 88%
Honey Malt ~ 8%
Crystal 15L ~ 3%
Carapils ~ 1%
Probably cascade @ 60m ~ 12 IBU
OG ~ 1.042
S-04
Think this would be too cloying?

I'd use -05, but it looks fine to me.

Be curious to taste this, I'm often looking for a 'light' beer to share with the general public.

I would't hesitate to throw flaked corn in that recipe, up to 20%. I've always managed to make very good beers with corn.
