Friend of mine from the Big Smoke gave me this recipe. He called it "Leafs beat the Habs" Brown Porter. Me being the Hab fan. Wondering what yas think?

If you want maple flavour, I'd use the b/c grades, and maybe a touch of fenugreek. 9% high grade maple syrup would be a waste IMHO. And I'd like to see a bit of black malt in the myself.
At Alexander Keith's we follow the recipes first developed by the great brewmaster to the absolute letter.
