Should also add that I suggest letting it warm up a bit to get the spices to come alive

This is really well done. Absolutely love the spice level. My palate wanted a little more sweetness and I think a vanilla bean or two would have taken this into the stratosphere for me, but that’s just my palate. I thoroughly enjoyed it as it is. Thanks for the share!

I drank this the night of the exchange, when we got to the cabin at Porter's Peak (a very nice spot that I would recommend).
It was a great brew to sip by the fire. Lovely spice balance, great malt base. Cinnamon can be a little tricky from my experience, but this amount was perfect. Thanks for sharing!

This was a very nice beer! There was zero carbonation but it was enjoyed nonetheless….i love cinnamon but in beer I’m not a fan. The cinnamon was hiding in the background giving way to a well balanced flavor profile with the cacao nibs. A touch more sweetness would take this beer from excellent to outstanding. Great job!
