This was delicious. Lovely malt prominence and complexity, spicy/herbal hop character, and a slightly sweet finish. I’ve always had trouble understanding why people love S-04 because I’ve struggled with getting good results but this is an example of someone making it sing. Cheers.

Blind tasted this and thought it was a Brown Ale. Great colour, breadiness, maltiness and taste. Well done!

Super well balanced, enjoyed this one a lot. Lots of different malty flavours all meshed together well.
