This is solid!!! It’s definitely has good carbonation…opened the flip top and everyone ducked lol. Super super smooth. Nice deep brown head that. Massive rich coffee /malty notes on the aroma that carry through into the flavour. Hint of chocolate keeps the coffee in check adding complexity. Nice beer Tim

No Adjuncts?!!! this tasted soooo much like bitter cacao that i though tor sure you either threw in some raw cacao in there or tricked-out cacao nibs. the aroma off this is one after my first initial pour was A-Maz-ING!!! Obviously needed to let it settle before pouring more, i must have only turned around for like 30 seconds to do some kitchening and i hear Zissou yelling; "i is didn't do it!!!" ...and turned around to see a *sploosh!* event happening. this brew got better 'n better by each sip. thank you for sharing!

Shoot sorry I forgot to add that and I'm out of town away from my notes. I think it's about 8% if that helps

Sorry for belated comments, but I really enjoyed this. Perfect amount of coffee - I am going to use this ratio next time I try a beer like this. Tasted like a much more complex malt mix to me. Thanks for the share :)
