And I failed at posting the recipe on time... An attempt at a Blue/Belgian moon clone that I may have topped up the fermenter a bit too much...

2.0kg Wheat
454g Quick Oats

Hops
34.5 Hallertauer

Other
28g Coriander -10 min

Barilko (picture below) and I were looking for the recipe last night to comment. Wasn't sure if we should have added a citrus wedge, so we just enjoyed it straight up. Beauty of a beer, thank you for sharing with us!

Nice beer James, Bready, doughy, and a slight zip. Hit the spot last night. Thought I was drinking a dirty blonde clone. Try a belgian witbier strain for a belgian moon clone next time. It will definitely taste more like the original.
Kegged - Cold IPA, NEIPA, Fieldberry Wheat, Dark Abbey Ale, Apple Pear Cider, American Lager, American Stout, Belgian Wit

This was a tasty little sucker. Light and refreshing wish I had more of it to drink.

I found my missing tasting notes (ok, barely legible scrawls/words) so will (very belatedly) comment on a few that I missed.

I shared this one with my Dad over the holidays - he said he liked it as much as Blue Moon. It was fairly light and sessionable... a nice palate cleanser between some heavier beers I was consuming at the time. Good carb and a lovely colour. Thanks for sharing.Image
