This beauty has a nice dark ruby colour! Nice malty/ bready aroma on the nose with a hint of jamy fruit that carries into the flavour. I could drink a gallon of this bad boy. Great beer!

Poured this without taking a look at the sheet to see if I could guess what it was. Poured real nice with a very decent (but somewhat fleeting) head.

I would have guessed dopplebock had I guessed right away (but I am no cierone, and that's putting it mildly). Great body/mouthfeel, and I actually would have guessed it was at least a percent or two higher in abv (in a good way).

Thanka for the share!Image

Can't beat this beer with a stick. Perfect carb , very clear, beautiful dark ruby color. Light tan head that takes off, but comes back with a swirl. Big toast dipped In toffee kinda thing going on. Medium mouthfeel that helps to keep the flavor hang around without being cloying. The only problem with this beer is that it's gone 😕. Thanks for Sharing Catherine!

Nice pour and color, I was trying to guess the style, was debating between a brown or dunkle. Enjoying after a long day of work. Thank you for sharing!

Really enjoyed it. The label threw me off a bit since it was NovaJeff's bottle from last year. Other than that, great taste, balance, carbonation and color. I'll work on my beer judging later... Bitchin' brew!

Had this last night - thought it was very nice indeed! Really enjoyed the malt profile and the balance.
