"Not including what the cherries did".... well, what the cherries did was produce a very yummy brew that made me think it was summer. I don't look at recipes until after i've savoured the brew, so I thought this was a not-so-sour sour initially. I've never had, or seen a saison so red in color. Thank you for sharing!

Nice red colour with a pinkish head. High carbonation. Got a slight tartness on the nose with the yeast character poking through with a hint of the cherries. Flavour wise; initially a soft cherry flavour, then the yeast character shines and dissipates leaving the cherries to finish. Dangerous on a summer day at 7% lol

A real showcase of that Saison yeast.
Lots of Cherry there too!

This is super nice. Just enough cherry so as not to overpower the yeast but to give it beautiful colour and flavour.

I really enjoyed this one. The colour was oh so very pretty - and the fruit balance was spot on and paired nicely with the yeast. Refreshing and unique - thanks for sharing!Image
