This is super clear with a nice copper/ amber hue. Malty aroma with hints of Carmel and biscuit. Clean fermentation with a bitterness that balances out the malt making it dangerously drinkable for 8%. Nicely done!

my bottle had a bit of a low carb thing goin' on, but happy to report all the right flavors where there. i never look-up anyone's recipe until after i've enjoyed, and....*hic!*, perhaps because of the low carb, i gulped a tad bit too quickly. thank you for sharing!

Nice and clear, I too would like just a little more carb but i'm not about to fill out a hurt feelings report because this baby is rich and biscuity, with that classic Munich character, ending with some caramel sweetness. The bitterness keeps it in check and gives way to a nice floral hoppiness. I really like this beer and clocking in at 8% , it's kicking my ass a little because I drank it too fast. No faults at all , thanks for this clean ass german beer !

This was a great beer! Brilliant commercial-like clarity, great bready malty body with some nice light fruit flavors and bit of sweetness. The strength was deceptively smooth and carried the classic german flavors very nicely. Great job Cam! Thanks!!

God damn, Cam. This is some next level shit. Pretty colour and just amazing taste.. malty-sweet, biscuit-y heaven. Dangerous AF at that ABV - just the way I like it. Carb was decent on mine... but if I *had* to nitpick I'd say it could maybe have just the tiniest bit more... if only to slow me down just a bit from guzzling it.

Great beer! Ours was a bit undercarbed, but t had lovely complex malt character. Nicely done cam!
