Looks like a good starting point tbh
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

I'm fermenting this at 20c for 14 days. Should I do a 3 day ramp up to 23 for a diacetyl rest?

At 20c for 14 days, I don't think you need one for this.
On tap Czech Amber Lager, Tropical Punch NEIPA
Bottled Belgian Tripel, Belgian Dark Strong, Dunkelweizen, Raspberry Saison, Chocolate Porter
Fermenting Wild Thing Saison, Pseudo Lager
Next up ?

Changed the fermentation schedule a little bit... Went for:

7 days @ 20. (fermentation stopped at day 6)
3 day ramp up to 23
2 day cold crash

Kegged and conditioned for 7 days at 12 PSI.

First impressions on this young beer is that it is very close to the real thing. 1 week longer in the keg and it will lose the "young taste" and would be an almost exact replica to my pallet.

Can stand to carbonate a little bit more to get that thicker head. It's kinda thin at the moment, but a week from now or will be a VERY good beer!

Feel free to try it on your own and let me know how it turns out.

I'm the picture mine is on the right and Little Juicy is on the left.

Looks good! They are more or less identical in colour.
I'm planning to do a similar pale ale with only whirlpool and dry hops soon.
