I was just telling Jeramy how excited I was to try this beer. Well , I opened it and it was gone just as fast. I haven't had any commercial examples of this style but it's everything I expected to taste. It's a cornucopia of awesomeness! Lemon lime like hop character, perfect bitterness, carbed well. Any chance I could get 5 gallons?
Kegged - Cold IPA, NEIPA, Fieldberry Wheat, Dark Abbey Ale, Apple Pear Cider, American Lager, American Stout, Belgian Wit

What a treat Cam!
The lemony hop aroma kept throwing me. My brain kept waiting for the sour but all I was getting was an insanely clean and delicious lager.
I had to come here and checkout the recipe to see it was coming from the hops, they must have been insanely fresh!

They say that Nelson Sauvin can impart a white wine like aroma and flavour and I think this beer definitely has that. Two thumbs up!

Re: December 11, 2021
This scanned as an ale to me and then I checked the recipe and saw it was a lager. The hop character is indeed lovely with a pronounced white wine character. I’d like to see it a bit drier with more crispness on the finish but it was a thoroughly drinkable beer as is.

Delightful. Great job on this one, Cam... totally crushable, but also complex, with flavour for days. Did not last long

Whoa! forget being the best Advent exchange brew i've had (so far), it's one of the best brews i've had this month. naïve declaration alert - i feel like i'm such a newb to brewing when i come across something as good as this. not clear to me why this is a Pilsener, yet i feel like comparing it to Tatamagouche's Square One (aged 2 years). taking notes on recipe. i need to play with some pilsener malts, me thinks? thank you for giving me the opportunity to sample this one.
