Recipe Critique?

Hey everyone,
I started all grain brewing just this year and have a few batches under my belt. I use a three vessel, gravity fed system with a 15 gallon HLT Converted Keg, 5 gallon igloo mash cooler, and 15 gallon kettle.

I'm planning a brew day to have something ready for Christmas vacation. I have some extra Azacca (~100 grams) hops in freezer so would like to use those. Other than that pretty open! I would us an american ale yeast.. But that's just my preference.

I stopped using Crystal in apa/ipa . it's a preference thing tho (find it adds a weird sweetness), plus most only use for colour adjustment which isn't something I worry about
