Does anyone have an all grain Big Spruce Cereal Killer Oatmeal Stout clone recipe?

I would suspect Jeremy would be more than happy to give you the actual recipe if you reached out by email or social media. Most brewers in the province are pretty open about recipes and he's pretty involved in the homebrewing community with their yearly comp.
