This was a nice beer! Lots of hops flavor and aroma going on
"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Mine was flat unfortunately. Smelled nice though and the small sample I had was promising!

Having this now. Only put it in the fridge today but it’s slightly under carbed with a touch of oxidization. Still getting a ton of hop flavours even with that and it’s not a bad beer at all. Thanks for the beer!

I'm just drinking this one now, unfortunately mine was pretty flat. Not sure if it was just a bad seal on the flip top or an issue with carbing. Great hop aroma though. I don't think mine tastes oxidized, it tastes pretty good with lots of hop flavour. Thanks for the beer!

Oh man, I should buy a lotto ticket because I had no issues with lack of carb (spot on), nor oxidization. This is delicious, and a really nice hop profile combo. The aroma when I popped the Grolsch cap was fantastic, and the bitterness level in the taste is great.

Nice labeling job too. Thanks for sharing.Image

Unfortunately mine was dead flat and extremely oxidized. There was some nice hop aroma there, so I feel I missed out on what was very likely a lovely beer when it was bottled.

Success! Mine is carbonated and not oxidized! It’s like drinking grapefruit juice, I think. I can’t remember the last time I would have drank grapefruit juice, but this is how I would picture it. But carbonated.

This beer had it been carbed would have been excellent, but.even flat I drank it. Very nice nose, and great grapefruit flavour along with a nice bitterness. It was like drinking a glass of juice, no notice of oxidation. Definitely a style I can get down with. Thanks for sharing!
