Transferring some more bottles into the fridge and just grabbed this one. Might be a bit of a shortfill on this one
Kidding aside I figured it was pretty unlikely it was filled that low without noticing so i tried flipping to see if it leaked and got some drips. Bottle has been upright on a towel in the box that was given to me from the exchange so somewhere along the way it must have spilled, or maybe it just evaporated!

Ain’t gonna lie, milk stouts are not my favorite beers. And chocolate milk stouts don’t generally do any better with me regardless of the fact that I quite like chocolate.
That all said, this is really well done. I get a touch of mustiness from the sweet/roasty crossover (this is a common palate sensation for me, I’m not suggesting the beer is actually musty), real chocolate/cocoa flavor, and some lovely vanilla.
I’m never going to drink more than one of a beer like this, but I’m enjoying this one to the last drop. Thanks!!

Really enjoyed this beer. Lots of great flavours and it went down smooth at 11 am

"Twenty years ago — a time, by the way, that hops such as Simcoe and Citra were already being developed, but weren’t about to find immediate popularity — there wasn’t a brewer on earth who would have gone to the annual Hop Growers of American convention and said, “I’m going to have a beer that we make 4,000 barrels of, one time a year. It flies off the shelf at damn near $20 a six-pack, and you know what it smells like? It smells like your cat ate your weed and then pissed in the Christmas tree.” - Bell’s Brewery Director of Operations John Mallet on the scent of their popular Hopslam.

Enjoying this watching Sunday night football
I love that you really went for it! Not a style I gravitate to normally but this is really nice. I usually find them a little boozy but yours is really smooth and definitely has a big chocolate component which I'm into. Great body and carbonation. Great job brother!

Had this on Saturday - what a cocoa bomb! Although it's not a style I could drink more than one of, we really enjoyed this. Well made beer, thanks for sharing

Enjoyed this one, lots of chocolate. Its pretty heavy but I can't find much wrong with it. Its pretty similar to my Milk Chocolate Stout I make except with a ton more in the face chocolate.
Kegged: Maritime Fog (NEIPA), All Ryell'ed Up (Rye APA)
Fermenting: Seltzer Water

I'm a big fan of this style - Flying Monkeys Triple Chocolate Stout may be my favourite beer of all time. Something seemed a little off at first. I can't quite describe it. However, I just slowly sipped at it and as it warmed, it really began to shine.
Very nice beer. Thanks!

Loved this one. Nice and chocolaty with a bit of sweetness, got the coffee flavour as well. Really well done, so far one of my top favorites from this exchange. Thanks!

Awesome! I’m with some of the others, in that it’s not my usual kind of beer. I’ve never made a milk stout, or even thought about it. I like the big chocolate and vanilla flavours to it.

Tremendous head. I barely got to drink any of this before the wife stole it from me. It was hella good... lots going on, but it all works together for a great taste/experience. Thanks for the share.

I really enjoyed this one. I'm definitely going to try making a chocolate milk stout when my coffee porter keg is getting low.
