I have to thank Dan for inviting me to this exchange (and doing most of the heavy lifting on this batch). I hope you all enjoy!

I really like the roast character of this beer. Really nice upfront hop character. I'd up the bitterness a tad, but that is nitpicking. I'm really enjoying it tonight. Thanks!

Like Adam I’m really enjoying the roast character and the hop presence, which comes across as quite Noble, but then there’s something that’s different, which I’m guessing is the Amarillo. It’s a nice twist. The coffee isn’t forward, to my palate, but helps provide a smoothness that’s I quite like. A nice way to end the month; thanks for sharing!!

So sad to see this year's decembeer exchange end. But at least it'a a tasty caboose!
Finding I'm getting a lot of coffee from this one in the nose and in the finish. Tastes a little spicy somehow? Great carb, lovely head, and a nice malt balance. Great name too!
Thanks for the beer

Is anyone else getting a right minty character from this as it warms? Maybe it’s the noble hops, it’s a fair amount of them.

I had this today. I was also getting a slight minty note on the finish, kind of wish it was a bit more pronounced. Nice coffee flavour and roasty. Definitely a great end to another beercember! Thanks!
