Gave this one a whirl yesterday and everything went very well until the chill. I forgot to use my hopsack and of course they ended up plugging the plate chiller; so with no other means of chilling I decided to do the aussie no chill method. I dumped the boiling hot liquid into a keg and topped it up with 30psi to counteract the negative pressure I would get from the cooling. So far so good today although It's gonna take a solid 24 hrs to get it to pitching temp. It'll be interesting to see how this one turns out.
