Any help is appreciated.
Thanks

I would think that many Kölsch recipes would get you pretty close.whitnes10 wrote:Anyone have this floating around out there? Looking to make this for a friend.

Re: Tatamagouche North Shore Clone
I'm looking up Kolsch recipes on BeerSmith right now and many of them are quite different especially with the hops.
I've looked on the Tata website and they don't give anything away, so I've contacted them to see if they can even just give me a list of some of the ingredients. There is definitely a slight note of fruit (maybe strawberry) in the beer upon first taste. We'll see what they come back with.
