I just have to say I forgot that beer. It is easy (or I wouldn't do it) to form any English style and late hop the fuck out of it.
I don't think my beer (and definitely not my process) is all that great. I do brew for me not try to reinvent the wheel.
Wish I could help with the recipe but that's the way I roll. Wife says first ones ok, second is awesome, third is awful.
