I just dumped them into a hop bag and fired them into the keg. After two weeks cold conditioning it was pretty damn chocolatey. There may be one or two SAAZ guys on here that can attest to that.
Only having Jeff's chocolate milk stout once, I don't recall the chocolate being overly strong or inadequate. Bang on as far as I can recall. I remember the lactose more than anything, to be honest.
