sucanushie - I used US-05
Jamie - Looks good! Are you thinking of mashing you pumpkin or adding it to the boil? I would suggest cooking it first as well, I've read that it has a more vegetable flavor and less like pumpkin if you don't but can't say from experience, I've always cooked mine first.

Yeah gonna cook it with brown sugar and maybe some maple syrup.

Brewed up a pumpkin in Oct.
It came out really good. I actually prefer it over the propeller pumpkin. The problem is SWAMBO likes as well. Needless to say it's almost gone!
