Giving this one a run tomorrow. I've used the base recipe a few times now, but this will be the first time using Saaz (I hear its awesome). Only one way to find out how it is

2 oz. Saaz Leaf @ 4.2%
0.75 oz. Northern Brewer @ 8.5%
Mash 60 min @ 155
