Giving this one a run tomorrow. I've used the base recipe a few times now, but this will be the first time using Saaz (I hear its awesome). Only one way to find out how it is :rockin:

10# Maris Otter
1# Carastan
1# Chocolate
0,25# Black Patent
1 oz. Roasted Barley
0.5# Flaked Barley

ALL FWH
2 oz. Saaz Leaf @ 4.2%
0.75 oz. Northern Brewer @ 8.5%

Mash 60 min @ 155
Nottingham Ale Yeast
Nova Prime Taproom
Tap 1: Festa Brew Scotch Ale
Tap 2:
"Fill with mingled cream and amber,

This is the first pull. Amazing Porter. I'll be making again in a few weeks to age for a while. At 5.3% it turns around pretty quick anyhow.
