Tap 1: Festa Brew Scotch Ale
Tap 2:
"Fill with mingled cream and amber,
I will drain that glass again.
Such hilarious visions clamber
Through the chamber of my brain -
Quaintest thoughts - queerist fancies
Come to life and fade away;
What care I how time advances?
I am drinking ale today." ~ Poe

Something wrong with the IBUs/60 minute addition.

I've never been a fan of 14 day dry hopping. I'm going to start doing mine in 3 day increments with a hop sock.

So if I wanna do 7 days then split the dry hop amount in half. 3.5 days with first half then remove and second half 3.5 days.
On Tap:
Falconers Galaxy IPA
Simcoe SMaSH
Topaz SMaSH
Cranberry Rye Saison
Monde Souterrain (Dark Saison)

Wow, that is messed up. I used Brewtoad for the second time as I didn't have access to my phone for two days. It is crazy inaccurate for hopping levels. I'll edit it as I changed things up in beersmith.

I'm not sure I'd like that much vienna, but the rest looks good to me.
