30 min 10.0 g Columbus leaf 12.6% AA (8.0 IBU)
20 min 10.0 g Columbus leaf 12.6% AA (6.3 IBU)
10 min 10.0 g Columbus leaf 12.6% AA (3.8 IBU)
5 min 20.0 g Columbus leaf 12.6% AA (8.0 IBU)
dry hop 30.0 g Columbus pellet 12.9% AA for about a week
US-05 yeast
*Steel cut oats roasted 325 F for 30 mins. Turned at 15mins.
